1 4 Minute Conditioning/Applying pressure
1. Players line up as shown
2. First player in both lines goes around the pylon and pivots always facing the corner and skates backwards to the net. Stops and touches the net and repeats it pivoting the other way around the pylon.
3. Once completed the next players repeats and so on for 4 minutes.
4. A variation could be to have a relay race where each player has to complete the task 3-4 times. This will motivate them to skate harder.
5. Also add or change the position of the pylons as shown.
