Forward lines line up as shown

Looks more confusing than it really is.

1. C passes to the RW who follows pattern with the puck, C and LW go to area signified by pylons  (as shown).
2. RW makes the drop pass along the boards and takes the place of the LW in front of the net, C races to the puck, LW takes the position of the C.
3. The easiest way to think of this is that we have 3 rotating stations. This cycle continues until each player has touched the puck or possibly a signal from the Coach. Then a  pass is made to either the station in front of the net or the station in the slot.
2
Cycle begins and players rotate positions as shown - 3 or more times.
3
Either predetermined by the Coach or cued by the Coach is the pass to the player in front off the net.

Notes: Make sure the players are reacting to the drop pass and player movement because the ability to react is what is necessary to use this in a game
