Puck is dumped in to start drill.
Power play unit will breakout with no forec heck pressure.

Puck is lost/passed to the defense.

Defense dumps puck in the corner and follows the puck.

Once puck is broken out Power play unit will throw puck up to fore check unit at center ice.
Power play unit with the break puck out again while penalty kill unit fore checks.

Play will continue with 1 min in zone Power play time.
