Divide players up into 3 groups and have them line up as shown behind the goal line

1. On the whistle have them go through the pylons as shown with a puck
2. Do it backwards with a puck
3. Have them do a full 360 turn around each pylon with a puck
4. Do a relay race with one puck per group

Key: keep control of the puck and their heads up

Make sure when the players are coming back that they don't go through the pylons because there will be players skating up as players are skating back.
