Players line up in all 4 corners with pucks.
This drill is easier than it looks.
1. On Coaches whistle all 4 Players take off with a puck and follow pattern.
1 & 4 go around the far set of cones.
2 & 3 go around the near cones.
Note:
Players take shots no dekes.

Notes:
Shots will be delayed.
Blow whistle right before the second shot and you'll have a steady flow of shots on the goalies.
