Use to improve shooting when unbalanced
Start in two lines at the wall by the blue line, skate towards the bottom face off dots and shoot at the goal while balancing on ONE (Inside - Outside) FOOT
Each line is to go through one on the same foot and then change to the opposite foot (both line skate on their left foot/ then right foot) once both have been completed change side and do again
Add a goalie once everyone has been through both sides.
