A coach.
Pucks
Description:
Start at the midline.
On a signal of the coach, players 1 and 2 skate as fast as they can to the far end of the mid circle.
Skate backwards half circle and turn around.
Skate around the cones.
Player that is first receives a pass from the coach.
From there it is one on one.
