Exercise to warm up the keeper and shooting skills drill.

THE OBJECT IS NOT FOR THE PLAYERS TO PUT THE PUCK IN THE NET AS HARD AS POSSIBLE BUT TO WARM UP THE KEEPER.

Position all players on Halfway in a single line 1-stick distance between each player.

As the first player moves off all players keep same distance.

Player shoots just prior to the face off dots and peels off to the right of the goalie for the first two shots the left of the goalie for the next two and either for the final.

Shooting sequence
1 Right Bottom (Shoots along the ice)
2 Right Upper (Lob shots no hard flicks)
3 Left Upper (Lob Shots no hard flicks)
4 Left Bottom (Shoots along ice)
5 Hole (Either on ice or in air)

Variation
As Players skate in coach calls 1-5 for shot selection.
Players receive pass from coach as they skate in.
Player skate around the front face off dots before approaching the net.
Players start in bottom corners and as two line skate to halfway and join as one line (brainpower required).
