Players line up as shown, players at center are randomly selected.
1. P1 and P4 make passes aas shown and skate up ice.

2. Players in the middle make a touch return pass and P1 and P4 make a long cross-ice pass as fast as possible.
Note:
Keep your head up when skating up ice!

3. P1 and P4 get a return pass and go in for a shot.

Players keep their heads up and practice making hard, quick, accurate passes.
