This is a modified horse shoe drill that works on agility and passing.
• 1 skates backward and transitions around pylon
• 1 skates forward toward net
• 2 passes to 1
• 1 skates in and shoots on goalie while 2 begins to skate backwards toward the pylon
• 1 skates to opposite corner from where he started.
• 2 performs transition and receives a pass from 3
Alternate sides until each player has run drill 4 or 5 times.
